My first visit in NOVA IVF was on April 2017 . I was attended by Dr. Mandeep Kaur ,I presented my all reports of treatments till date. Dr. Mandeep calmly with cool temperament listened every doubt I raised and she cleared every doubt which I was carrying with me. She didn’t made any false claims or false assurances about IVF. She didn’t conceal any fact regarding success rate or failures in conceiving. She help me to be ready to accept IVF as an act of doctor who is not above GOD. My first attempt was a failure, a great shock and a heart breaking experience. She handled me sympathetically,encouraged me with her own experiences of failure and success. I am thankful to Dr.Mandeep Kaur, she prepared me for second attempt of IVF. I was lucky ,it was successful. Dr. Mandeep Kaur was always in contact with me ,ready to attend my every call whether it were odd hours or holidays.
